Elizabeth Reaser was born and lived in Michigan, USA. The actress is a American TV and film actress. Elizabeth was born and raised in Michigan, US. Since she was a child her dream was to be an actor. Her high school education led her to the Juilliard School drama division, where she graduated with a master's degree in fine art. A guest star role on The Sopranos she had her first TV appearance. Then, she appeared on other popular shows including The Jury Hack, Standoff as well as The Jury. The beginning of her career came by being given the part as Alice Alden, in the program Saved (2006). She then starred in key parts as Alice Alden in Greys Anatomy, The Good Wife as well as True Detective. In addition, she was a part of films like Liberal Arts One and Two and The Twilight Saga.

Jessica's passion for film and television began at a young, at an impressionable age. She began her career with a modeling career. The producers asked for a short video of Jessica performing and MMA. They inquired if Jessica was able to do sword fights and on the following day, she sent them an image of sword fighting. Jessica was able to read the script before recording her first weapons lesson. Jonathan Glassner stated that they were awestruck by Jessica's performance during her first training lesson. This was the first time she had acted in a US important role since she was previously in films from Australia. Jessica's mixed martial art and horseback riding skills and athletic abilities enable her to do stunts, embodying the character of a strong woman. Jessica has learned to box, learn muay Thai as well as trains at a mixed martial arts gym in Australia. Jake Stormoen spotted an animal roaming the set for filming Season 4 while on set. The animal was part of the litter of stray puppies that were on the set. Jessica was the foster mom to two pups.
